Costume and Cocktails In Milford Support United Way

Dance With The Devil For The United Way of Pike County

tqinn“Costume and Cocktails” is the theme of the United Way of Pike County, who have joined with The Tom Quick Inn, at 410 Broad St., Milford, PA, to hold an event that will contribute to the United Way.

On Friday, October 30 from 8 p.m. to midnight you can take the opportunity to dress in something other than formal attire, because a tie isn’t required.

It is expected that “Costume and Cocktails” may have some unsavory looking people attending, as vampires, goblins, and ghouls may be mixing with princesses, fairies, and pixies.  It will be an evening of fun for adults, all while supporting the good cause of the United Way of Pike County. The hostess, “SUGAR”, the Mistress of Ceremonies will be in attendance to meet and greet all visitors.

“Sugar” has some activities planned which include dancing, a best costume contest and a 50/50 drawing. The proceeds from the drawing will be going to the United Way of Pike County. The United Way helps to alleviate hunger, homelessness, sickness and abuse.

The admission fee for “Costume and Cocktails” will be $25. That includes hors d’ourves, complimentary punch, and helping out the United Way.  Also available to attendees is a cash bar with a menu available, should you wish a meal. Everyone is invited to attend.

Information about the United Way of Pike County and upcoming events can be found on their web site, www.unitedwaypike.org, or toll free 888-306-6963 or (570) 296-9980
